The objective of the project is to perform thermal-flow analysis and optimization of flue s desulphurization installation for one of the heat plants in Poland. Detailed project objectives are:
– Creation of a geometrical model of the flue gas wetting plant and reactor.
– Thermal and flow simulations of the flue gas wetting plant and reactor.
– Proposals of changes to increase the effectiveness of the installation.
– Final simulation of the installation.
As a result of conducted works the shape of the device has been modernized, homogeneous temperature distribution has been obtained which allowed to increase the reaction efficiency inside the station.
