Purchase of any type of the perpetual license provides one year access to updates to the latest toolbox release.
If you want to sustain access to the updates after that period, you have to purchase technical maintenance service for the next year. This service fee is optional. However, if you resign to purchase technical maintenance service, update to the most recent toolbox release at any later time will require purchase of a new license at standard prices.
